Hello Glam'More-Us ladies, here is the second recipe that I am
using for my juicing regime. I had previously shared with you guys another
"green" juice recipe and I loved it, but the lemon made that
particular drink really bitter. So here is another one without the lemon if
you're like me and prefer not to have such a sour drink.
Green Power
2 whole apples
1 whole cucumber
1 Lime
5 cups Spinach (150g)
The lime used in this drink takes the bitterness of the lemon away. Lemon has nutrients in it that helps to increase you metabolism which made it an important addition to the previous recipe, but what good is it if you don't want to drink it? I hope you ladies enjoy this recipe.
